The development of this equipment marks China's own R&D and manufacturing technology for a large-scale ozone generator with a total independent intellectual property of 120 kg/h, and it has become one of the three countries in the world that has mastered this manufacturing technology. 120 kg/hour large ozone generator and its series of products can be widely used in industrial wastewater treatment, flue gas denitrification, fine chemical oxidation and other fields.
According to reports, Guolin Company started the research and development of large-scale ozone equipment in 2010. Under the support of the national major special plan and the Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Development Plan, it has successively broken through the large-scale ozone generating chambers with high-efficiency ozone generating unit technology and good heat dissipation performance. Technology, 1200 kW capacitive load ozone generator dedicated high-power medium-frequency inverter power supply technology, large-scale ozone generator power control and monitoring technology and other six key technologies, eventually developed a 120 kg/hour large-scale ozone generator. After two months of stable operation, the large-scale ozone generator was tested by the National Electronic Safety and Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Its ozone concentration, ozone production, and ozone power consumption all reached the international advanced level.
