Stirring for a certain period of time before sorting can increase the removal rate of S by 50% to 60%, and the content of S in the slag can be reduced to about 0.35%.
The slag is scrubbed through the spiral chute in the process, and the water-insoluble FeS and FeS 2 and the partially soluble sulfate in the slag are removed, which naturally reduces the sulfur and silicon content in the slag. At this time, the content of S in the slag is about 0.2%.
Other desulfurization methods cannot be carried out due to time and funding, and the sulfur content has reached the requirements of the project, so there is no need for further research.
