Direct reading water meter installation
1. Before installing the smart water meter, you must first download the table address; the table address of the ZDS-20GD smart water meter has been set (can be set from a new one) and consists of 12 digits. The upper two digits of the table address are fixed at 10, and then the smart water meter is In the year of production, the last eight digits are the numbers on the blue headband. For example, in the smart water meter produced in 2009, the number on the head circle is “020012 09†or “09 020012, then the table address is “10 09 09 02 00 12â€.
2. The installation of smart water meter must meet the installation requirements of GB/T778.2.
3. The caliber of the smart water meter should be determined according to the diameter of the installation pipeline and the frequently used flow rate is less than or close to the common flow of the smart meter. The installation location should avoid exposure, flooding, freezing and pollution, and it should be easy to disassemble and read.
4. The smart meter should be installed horizontally (display facing up).
5. Before installing the smart water meter, you should first remove the gravel, hemp and other debris in the pipeline to avoid water meter failure.
6. The direction of the arrow shown in the smart water meter should be consistent with the direction of the flow of the pipe.
7. If the smart water meter is installed at the water inlet side of the boiler, it is better to install a check valve at the water outlet of the smart water meter to prevent the boiler hot water and steam from flowing back to damage the internal parts of the water meter.
Direct reading water meter matters needing attention
1. Regularly check the operation of smart water meters and pay attention to antifreeze in winter.
2. If there is an m-bus remote meter reading data inconsistent with the character wheel or a malfunction of the smart meter in the smart meter, the word wheel measurement shall prevail.
