Forged Trunnion Ball Valve

This Forged Floating Ball Valve is the newly developed high performance ball valve used for long distance pipeline or general industrial pipeline as designers have taken into consideration to making it suitable for various corrosive and noncorrosive medium under severe working condition.

Compared with forged floating ball valve, trunnion type has more advantages. To forged Floating Ball Valve, the ball could move itself a little onto the sealing face of outlet side under the force of flowing medium to achieve the sealing of outlet port. However, the ball of trunnion type is fixed and wouldn't move at all. so enough pretightening force should be considered while designing, and it's bi-directional sealing valve.

Some featured structure of forged trunnion ball valve: unique fire-safe design is according to related standard; Self-relief seat;  Drain and vent hole is set on the upper and down side of valve body to check the problem if leakage occurs; The packing could be replaced with valve still working on pipeline in fully opened or closed position; Still this valve could discharge all the remains in the pipe to reduce its pollution for valve.
