1, Before operation, check whether transmission component loosens and abnormal noise exists. If have, eliminate them in time. 
2, Make sure that there is no attrition or leaky.
3, After checking, start the belt to idle; turn on speed setting controller and twist speed regulation switch to the   speed. The speed can be regulated at any time.
4, Set the temperature refer to temperature controller instruction book. Set the different temperature according    to different moisture content of different material. The temperature controller will light once power up. For example, adjust the temperature range 90-100 degree. There are up limit and down limit settings shown on the temperature controller. Between the two settings there is a shifting fork. When set up limit temperature, put the shifting fork on the up limit position and twist switch to let the temperature 100 degree. Then put the shifting fork on the down limit position, tune the temperature to 90 degree. Then put the shifting  fork on the middle position between two temperatures. Now it is the temperature range needed.
5, According to the different material, regulate fan's blowing rate controller switch to control.
6, When use the machine first time, after some time you can remove the material and check it so that you can    master the temperature, time and wind power of the material being heated.  
7, Routine inspection and maintenance timely for transmission component such as reducer chain wheel,  bearing, bolts and electrical circuit.
8, Tubular electric heating element is quick-wear part. So check and change after a period.
