Michelin is one of 63 U.S. employers, and won the 2014 Gold Award for Best Employer's Healthy Lifestyle at the recent Leaders Summit, which was reviewed by the National Enterprise Group hosted by the Institute of Health's innovative workforce.
Michelin has won a gold medal for its innovative choices, a melody of a happy life, it integrates the design of preventive health care and consumer oriented medical insurance plans, selects healthy foods, health risk assessment, health guidance, value management, status/disease management , case management, financial rewards, etc. This marks the company's fifth year honor award.
