The main components such as the planet carrier and the box are analyzed by ANSYS, and the structure is optimized to the maximum extent while ensuring the strength and rigidity of the box. At the same time, the gearbox is combined with on-line filtration and bypass filtration. The flow rate of each lubrication point is calculated in detail and verified by the lubrication flow distribution test to ensure the cleanliness and lubrication effect of the lubricating oil.
