In the production process, the new process not only uses no quicklime, no caustic sludge is discharged, and the solid waste generated in the production process becomes a by-product of the enterprise. The closed-loop recycling of waste water realizes zero emission, and also shortens the process flow and saves energy. Consumption, cost per ton of soda ash product can reduce operating costs by 300 yuan.
