[Execution Description] Planned power-off refers to the power-off of power supply equipment, facility maintenance, and position adjustment. Unplanned power transmission refers to the power transmission and shutdown of power supply equipment and lines due to temporary maintenance, position adjustment, addition and subtraction of cables, and power supply switching.
Accident blackout refers to the power outage of power supply equipment, facilities and lines in the event of an accident.
