According to the on-site customer's summary, our use of turbines is mainly due to the following points:
1. Before the turbine flowmeter is installed, connect it to the display instrument or oscilloscope, and connect the power supply. Use the mouth to blow or dial the impeller to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display, and then install the sensor when it is displayed. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
2. When the turbine meter starts to be used, the sensor should be filled with liquid slowly, and then the outlet valve should be opened. The sensor is forbidden to be impacted by high-speed fluid when it is in the liquid-free state.
3. When the turbine flowmeter is not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned, and protective sleeves should be added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering and then stored in a dry place.
4. During the use of the liquid turbine flow meter, the liquid to be measured shall be kept clean, free from impurities such as fibers and particles.
5 , turbine turbine maintenance cycle is generally six months. During maintenance cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please pay attention to the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller when assembling.
6 , the sensor transmission cable can be laid overhead or buried (buried iron pipe should be put.)
7. The filter matched to the turbine flowmeter should be cleaned periodically. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned. Like the sensor, add the dust jacket and store it in a dry place.
If you plan to stay in one area for a long time and need more space, a hut style tent would be the right choice.
