The Qinghai Yihua Chlor-alkali project, with an investment of 4 billion yuan, an annual output of 400,000 tons of PVC, 300,000 tons of caustic soda and 600,000 tons of calcium carbide, was formally started construction at 28 kilometers of Ningzhang Highway yesterday morning.
