Texas Electric Vehicles will be listed next month

From August 17th, electric vehicles will be listed on the road, while drivers must hold C3 and above driving licenses. Recently, the Dezhou City Government promulgated the "Interim Measures for the Management of Small Electric Vehicles in Dezhou City," and clearly stated that it will refer to the management of electric vehicles.

Listed "Lu N"

According to this method, the electric vehicle will implement the registration registration system and the registration will be handled in accordance with the "Regulations on Registration of Motor Vehicles." After passing the registration and listing, the traffic management department of the public security organ traveled on the road. The number plate and registration certificate are made in accordance with the national standard pattern. The background color of the number plate is green and the beginning is “Lu N electricity”. Registered and listed only charge the fee.

At the same time, referring to the “Measures for the Administration of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses of the People's Republic of China”, drivers should obtain C3 and above driving licenses.

Road traffic management refers to the implementation of motor vehicle management regulations. The safety technology inspection cycle is once a year. The period of scrapping is 8 years or 200,000 kilometers, and the scrapping procedures are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State's motor vehicle scrap management. The state-approved insurance (rest assured) institutions are underwritten by the relevant regulations of the country. It is limited to motor vehicles in Grade 1 (including Level 1) highways (including urban roads) in Dezhou City. Can only be used as a means of transport, not as an operating vehicle and school bus.

In this approach, the small pure electric vehicle has also been clearly regulated: small pure electric vehicles are four-wheel electric passenger cars with maximum speed not exceeding 80km. They are powered by vehicle-mounted power supplies such as lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries.

New Deal is valid for two years
According to the measures, the production company must have the vehicle's production equipment technology. The product standards shall be registered by the municipal or higher quality supervision department, and the products can be delivered after passing the product inspection.

At the time of factory sales, the manufacturer shall print the product identification code for each vehicle. At the same time, the manufacturer’s product trademark and the company’s name or product origin shall be clearly marked on the outside of each vehicle. The business unit shall establish a file for the sales of each small pure electric vehicle, implement a quality information feedback mechanism and after-sales service system, publish the service content, and strictly implement it.

It is reported that this method will be implemented on August 17 and will be valid until August 17, 2015. Before the country or province has issued relevant policies and standards, the management of small pure electric vehicles in Dezhou is temporarily implemented according to this Interim Measures. After the relevant national and provincial policies and standards are announced, the regulations of the state and the province shall be implemented.
