·The National Electric Bus Complete Vehicle System Technology Research Center officially launched

On December 5th, the National Electric Bus Complete Vehicle Integration Engineering Technology Research Center (referred to as “Engineering Center”) was officially unveiled at Ankai Bus, which is the first and only national engineering research in the field of electric vehicle complete vehicle system integration in China. The center is known as the "strongest brain" for new energy buses.
It is reported that the Engineering Center will be dedicated to the development of electric buses required by the market, to build a high-tech achievement engineering and personnel training that integrates research and development of integrated electric vehicle system, engineering test, industrial production, talent training and open service. As the goal, the base has become a technological gathering place and radiation source for industry development and enterprise progress, and continuously enhances the core competitiveness of Chinese passenger cars.
At present, the engineering center has built a high-level and fully functional R&D test and industrialization base in the industry; integrated domestic and foreign innovation resources, carried out common technical research in the integration of electric bus system and key components, and developed a domestic leading level electric bus series. Products; cultivated a high-level innovation team in the industry, and built an external service platform integrating research and development, product testing and talent training.
According to reports, the engineering center has built a new 28,000 square meters electric bus research and development center and test and testing center, 94,000 square meters of industrial bases with an annual output of 6,000 new energy buses. The laboratory has reached the domestic leading level and has a new energy vehicle. , power system, power battery system, vehicle control system and other vehicle and key parts development, performance testing and verification capabilities, passed the national CNAS vehicle performance laboratory certification, obtained the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment Laboratory accreditation certificate.
At present, the center has applied for 311 national patents in electric vehicle control system, motor control system, remote monitoring, energy management, heat dissipation, battery protection, etc.; in the field of new energy vehicles, it has presided over and participated in the formulation of 15 national and industry standards. The joint universities and enterprises in the industrial chain undertake 17 national and provincial scientific research projects, including 8 national level.
