The customs codes of the products involved were 7,306,6150.00 and 73,061,070.60. On June 16, 2008, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued anti-dumping measures. The ruling determined that the dumping margins of Chinese companies involved were 249.12% to 264.64%. On September 22, 2009, the US Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping administrative review investigation of the case. On May 14, 2010, the US Department of Commerce made an initial ruling, ruling that the dumping margins of Chinese companies involved were 219.50% to 264.64%.
