US made 5th anti-dumping final ruling on China's activated carbon
China Drying Network News On November 9, the US Department of Commerce issued an announcement to finalize the 5th anti-dumping administrative review of activated carbon originating in China. The ruling dumping ranged from 0.44-2.42 USD/kg.
On April 4, 2006, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against activated carbon originating in China. On March 2, 2007, the US Department of Commerce made an anti-dumping final ruling on the case, which ruled that the dumping margins of Chinese companies involved were 62.08% to 228.11%. On May 27, 2011, the US Department of Commerce conducted the fifth anti-dumping administrative review investigation of the case.
