This is because the solid powder is agglomerated into larger particles after being wetted, and is not caused by the airflow. Therefore, under the principle of not affecting the next operation, the water spray method can effectively reduce the formation of dust. Since water has a large surface tension, it is difficult to be wetted by water for extremely small dispersed dust particles. Therefore, a small amount of a surface active agent (wetting agent) is added to the splashed water to increase the wettability of water, which is effective. Inspiratory dust removal is limited to the technical requirements of the operation. The humidity of the ore is sometimes not allowed to be too large. Therefore, a sealing cover is added to the equipment, and a partial vacuuming ventilation pipe is externally connected to the ore falling and excess pressure in the cover, and the dust is blown by the fan. It is transported to the dust collector for dust removal purposes.
