It is reported that the entrustment agreement is applicable to international voyages of Chinese nationals engaged in commercial activities of 500 gross tonnage and above, and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs of the ministry will work together with CCS to ensure that relevant ships obtain a certificate of conformity before August 20.
