In the first half of this year, Xichai organized professional review teams to conduct on-site assessments of 63 projects such as “localization of imported machine tool spare parts” and “independent maintenance of imported machine spare parts”. After review, it was determined that the technical indicators of the localized replacement parts and spare parts for self-repairing imported machines of the project met the requirements, and they met the standards for quality replacement of imported spare parts and could implement the production.

Through the implementation of substitutes for domestic spare parts for imported machines, the company has expanded the number of self-maintained products and improved the localization rate of spare parts for imported machines. At the same time, the establishment of equipment maintenance exchange platform and maintenance case conference, strengthen the production departments of information communication, method exchange, resource sharing, in order to better play the team together, improve together, lay the foundation for quality reduction.

"Localization of Imported Linear Guides", "Localization of Imported Electric Hydraulic Parts" and "Autonomous Maintenance of Turning Fixtures of Machining Centers" all passed through the review of 63 projects that had reached the production verification period.
