Shanxi Coking Industry Energy Saving Plan will be implemented

"Plan" clearly stated that during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, Shanxi Province will use large-scale coking enterprises as its main body, and through "capacity replacement, merger and reorganization", it will promote the integration of coking enterprises and build a large-scale coking recycling economy industrial park to realize the coking industry. Focusing on coke-to-coking change, we will promote the “Top Ten” key energy-saving projects, promote the “Top Ten” key technologies, and fully complete the “12th Five-Year” energy-saving goals of the coking industry.

The “Top Ten” key projects are: elimination of backward projects, large-scale and park-based projects, comprehensive utilization of resources and industrial chain extension projects, information engineering, waste heat utilization projects, energy-saving systems for motor systems, green lighting projects, alternative petroleum projects, and energy conservation Technological innovation projects and energy-saving service projects; "Top Ten" key energy-saving technologies are: large-scale coke ovens, dry quenching coke technology, coal moisture control technology, energy-saving technology, coal saving technology, steam-saving technology, condensate recovery technology, Waste heat utilization technology, comprehensive utilization technology of coke oven gas and technology to reduce coking coal consumption. Through the implementation of the “Double Ten” strategy, by 2015, Shanxi Province, the coking industry acceptance rate, coke oven gas utilization rate, tar crude benzene recovery rate, coke oven coking coking plant coke dry quenching equipment rate and other four indicators Both reach the 100% energy saving goal.
